Track Bred EG6 Build… Part 27

With the widebody kit completed, I received a call from Jerry saying that he recently received a shipment of a “few” parts and when I’m ready I can pass and take some shots. Under normal circumstances the average person’s few parts wouldn’t require an entire post, however in Jerry’s case I had no other choice. Today we will be taking a look at some of the new goodies Jerry received for what is basically a completely new build.

For those who would like a full recap of this build, I’ve provided the link below…

Track Bred EG6 Build…

A view of some of the “few” parts that arrived…

As I would have mentioned in a previous post, the previous fuel cell was only a temporary one used to close out the season. Jerry has since ditched that and will be using this Aeromotive unit…

Wonder what could be in here…

ITB porn…

Jerry decided to swtich up the intake setup again. This time around he is making his way back to a previous setup somewhat, he opted to go with 4 Piston spec Kinsler ITBs…

Stamp of approval…

Radium fuel surge tank…

Wide angle rear view mirror…

K-Tuned billet fuel pressure regulator along with K-Tuned billet TPS…

Another Aeromotive goodie and the new Antigravity Battery Jerry will be using.

Another notable change will be the oil cooler, Jerry got rid of his old Setrab setup and is now going with a larger setup from the same company…

While we are on the topic of oil…

Perterson oil filter designed to work with…

Peterson breather tank…

A full Peterson Fluid Systems oil tank setup…

More K-Tuned goodies…

K-Tuned upper coolant housing…

K-Tuned electric water pump and hose kit…

Trac Tuff coil plug cover along with some other misc engine related stuff…

K-Tuned traction bar…

Another upgrade is the switch to a ARP Performance GT adjustable wing…

With this new build Jerry decided to go all out purchased a ASP 4-1 header designed specifically for road racing…

And that brings us to the end of this post, thanks for taking a look and stay tuned for more to come…
