Toyota Limerz Barbados “Set It Off” Coverage… Part 2
Today we’ll be picking up from where we left off with the Toyota Limerz Set It Off meet. There isn’t much more that can be said that hasn’t been covered in part 1, so i’ll make this brief and get on with the photos.
For those of you who missed part 1 I’ve provided the link below….
Toyota Limerz Barbados “Set It Off” Coverage… Part 1
Now let’s get on with the rest of the coverage…
Another shot of the AE111 from part 1…
Starlets were out in their numbers… more so the EP82 chassis…
The Tom’s bodykit is a popular styling choice among EP82 owners…
Somewhere in the middle of the EP82s, were these two Glanzas…
Facelift EP82…
GT Corolla staring down this Vitz…
Another facelift EP82 rocking a set of brightly coloured wheels…
Something a bit different… This EP71 was another widely talked about vehicle on the day…
Purple wheels has become a popular trend recently…
Another EP82 seen rocking the Tom’s front bumper…
EP91 Starlet of none other than Stephen Cox…
Interesting sticker on this EP82, one would only hope it can actually back up its claim…
One of the event sponsor’s vehicle displaying his sound system. Pretty sure this shot was taking during one of the many demos that took place throughout the day.
Another shot of this clean EP82 from part 1…
In no time the lot was completely full as I mentioned before, making it rather difficult to find a decent parking space…
Sponsors tents on display…
Some closer shots of this GT Corolla from part 1…
Neil Corbin’s KP61 rally car on display for the Auto Solutions booth, who were there to demonstrate their various plasti dip colour options.
Subtle but effective styling on this Runx…
Some items that were displayed under one of the sponsor’s tents…
Dj at work…
Tastefully executed AE101…
Sometimes simplicity is best and I really liked the wheel choice on this Levin…
Not very many people dare to be different and think outside the box. Even though the pink wheels may not be for everyone, you still have to appreciate the level of thought and effort that went into the execution.
I’m not really a fan of sticker bombing but this GT Corolla wore it well…
I particularly like the splitter on this AE111, it definitely sets it apart from the rest you see out there…
Candy pink Corolla on chrome wheels…
BZ Touring that closed out part 1 as it was making its way inside. You guys can’t really see it here, but this wagon has a wing that looks similar to the Tom’s wing for the EP82. I wasn’t able to get any shots of it but if it actually is the EP82 wing, it looks quite good and it’s good to see guys trying new stuff to stand out.
Runx on a set of bright red R1 wheels…
Captured this while he was making his way in…
Altezza of a well known TLB supporter who came out to take in the lime. Check out the smileys on the lights…
Another Altezza that came out to show some support…
This BZ Levin isn’t really my style but it comes together quite well…
Even though it was a Toyota meet, we’re all enthusiasts at the end of the day and a few came out to enjoy the lime…
Well that brings us to the end of TLB’s Set It Off meet coverage, thanks for taking a look and stay tuned for what we have in store for you guys this week…
Nice coverage, wish there were some interior shots though.
Yeah, that would have been nice but most of the cars were closed, I guess mainly because of the tight space.
Thankfulness to my father who shared with me on the topic
of this weblog, this website is in fact awesome.
