Welcome back to another update on Corey’s Boosted B-Series Build. Today I just have a quick update on the progress so far; Corey recently got back the car from the paint shop, so I took the liberty of snapping a few photos for you guys to take a look.
Those who may need a recap on what’s going on so far, I’ve provided the link to the previous post below…
Boosted B-Series Build… Introduction
Boosted B-Series Build… Part 1
Boosted B-Series Build… Part 2
Finally completed…
A view from the rear… Corey plans on using a custom made rear bumper that will allow full view of the rear suspension.
Quick shot of the interior…
The state of the interior after Corey was too lazy to cover the car after it left the paint shop…
A glance at the roof which will remain in its raw state…
For some strange reason, this automatic shifter made its way back into the shell somehow…
A view from a distance… You guys may be wondering why the car still remains bumperless; for starters, the front bumper needs to be modified to fit the size intercooler Corey will be using. Now that Corey has back the car he will test fit the intercooler and have the necessary adjustments made.
A closer look at the front end…
And one final shot of the now fully completed engine bay…
Thats a wrap for today’s post, thanks for taking a look…
Today is a quick update on Jerry’s Track Bred EG6 Build. At this point he is pushing really hard to get the body kit completed for the upcoming season. With the design phase fully complete it should be smooth sailing from here.
For those who would like a full recap of this build, I’ve provided the link below…

A close up of the kit where you can see how precise the lines are now…
The final piece of the puzzle to be re-designed was the side skirt. Jerry found that the old one didn’t quite flow very well with the new front and rear…
Closer look at the design, along with a peak of the underbody showing the countless amount of bars which make up the frame of the floor…
The prep work which was needed to complete the mould…
A few more angles…
